The Regional Director - Broker Sales will sell the Artemis platform directly to insurance brokers who leverage Artemis for benefit analysis on behalf of their employer clients. This person will report to the Director of Employer Sales.

If you have:

  • At least three years proven success selling benefit software to insurance brokers.
  • The ability to take feedback and apply it quickly and effectively
  • Demonstrated the ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions and apply that knowledge to sell to prospects.
  • A team-first mentality with the ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field.
And you are able to:
  • Successfully lead a consultative sales process.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for designated markets.
  • Live in, or travel frequently (10-25%) to assigned territory in the United States.
  • Provide regular, accurate forecasts through effective Salesforce.com hygiene.
